The LED LENSER® H7R headlamp produces 140 lumens AND is rechargeable.  By turning the lens you can adjust the beam from a narrow pencil beam to a broad circular beam.  This light has a dimmer which is infinitely adjustable from 0% to 100% and the lamp head can be swivelled through 90 degrees.  Included with the H7R are 3 AAA NI-MH rechargeable batteries and a 240v recharger.  The lamp has 1 C-LED light, giving off 140 lumens with an effective range of 160 metres.
